Welcome to quiet Perdido Key! The Palacio unit 702 is a beautiful upgraded condo with an amazing view of the Gulf! You'll have the ultimate relaxing vacation in this beautiful condo with tile flooring throughout the living room and dining room, granite countertops, TVs, and upgraded light fixtures throughout.

Enjoy the nice breeze from the spacious, seventh-floor balcony overlooking the swimming pool. There is a relaxing whirlpool bath awaiting you after a long day at the beach, shopping, or golfing. The convenience of a washer/dryer is also available. You cannot help but feel as though you are on vacation in the main bedroom with a view of the Gulf. The guest bedroom also includes a TV and DVD player.

You will have the option to work out in the fitness center, play tennis on two of our secured tennis courts, relax in our outdoor pool, swim laps in our seasonally heated lap pool, grill burgers on one of our poolside charcoal grills, or unwind in the outdoor hot tub. Plus beach service is available for an added fee between March - October.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 7.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Door was broken when we got there. Bed was hard. Needs a mattress topper. Door code did not work. Had to wait for 30min on code. Dishwasher would not fully open and could not load bottom rack. Dryer door would not go down all the way. Not stocked in the kitchen. Missing items such as plenty of cups and containers with lids. Chair in living room needs to be cleaned. Hot tub was like a heated pool rather than a hot tub

Overall, we had a great stay here! The beach and the complimentary chairs are great! However, there are some things that could use some improvement. The door hinges were lose and made it pretty hard to open and shut the door. Also, I think that the property could use a really good deep clean. Other than that we don’t really have any complaints and we had a great stay!

We would not go back!

Condo was outdated and not clean. There was no parking except across the road. Beech chairs were positioned right against each other with no privacy. Because of this loud partying was prevalent. We will not go back to this Condo!

The balcony was very nice with a wonderful view. Beach chairs being included were a plus. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and glassware. Some issues with the property: no hairdryer, first time at a VRBO with no hairdryer. There were three coffee makers however no coffee filters. Supplies were minimal: only two small roles of toilet paper, no tissues, only two dishwasher detergents, no laundry soap, only two plastic trash bags, only one roll of paper towels and two very small kitchen dish towels. No foil or plastic wrap in the kitchen. Both couches were very dirty, did not sit on either one the entire time we were there. We asked the front desk about extra supplies and they said they were not responsible for additional supplies.

Unit needs work

I understand the impact of the pandemic, but if you are going to replace an appliance then do it right. The dishwasher door does not open fully preventing the bottom rack from rolling out to load/unload dishes. Caulking is unprofessional. My wife was not happy with the cleanliness of the unit, but she would have to provide the details. Access code instructions are terrible. This is an easy fix, just use a list rather than a paragraph format so that you can separate what code is for what.

Nice and clean and nice set up.

Made reservations with 2 weeks of stay. So really didn’t know what expect. Got a text the day of with the code to the room. Went to front desk that’s on the 1 st floor not the ground floor. They where very helpful. Just use your code and go in. Got a text on my way home to check out about 3 hours after I left. Didn’t know I was going get this. Hope it didn’t mess cleaning or anything up. I just made sure I was out by 9:00

Great location and property

Went for an adult trip and we couldn’t ask for a better location. Property was just as listed, quiet, beautiful view, and right on the beach. Only thing was wished there was a few more pans for cooking but everything else was great!!

Great Condo

Condo was clean and had everything necessary. Some of the condo could be updated (bathrooms). Master bath fan was extremely loud and in need of repair. We just didn’t use it, no big deal. Beds weren’t the most comfortable. Master mattress just ok but the other and bedroom mattress was extremely short and thin.

Family friendly

The condo was clean. No concerns about the beds, towels, air, appliances, etc. The property was great for kids (ages 7 and 10). I like the 24 hour security guard on staff. There is a great ice cream shop across the street and Cafe Beignet is yummy too! I would stay here again. Thank you Palacio! We cooked quite a bit in the condo and it was stocked good enough to make some delicious meals.

Beautiful View of The Golf.

The view from the living area and master bedroom was beautiful. Right on the Beach. Apartment had everything we needed. I didn't fee like we were very informed about what to do when we arrived. Like how to get parking passes/ we were suppose to have pool bands didn't have any/ . We did figure it out. we had a wonderful vacation staying here.
