Highly Recommend!

I am so happy we picked this cute studio loft for our visit. In addition to the excellent location, the studio was remodeled perfectly and equipped with top of the line amenities... better than any hotel! Our pup enjoyed it as well, and she must have been comfy because she didn't wake us up all three nights we were there... which is rare for her! The only downside was the stairs were rough for her, so we had to carry her up & down (she is a 14 year old beagle & we wanted to be cautious). But I wouldn't have changed our choice of location. We would absolutely stay here again!

This is a sweet property in the heart of Prnn Yan. Everything we needed for an awesome stay. Main street in PY is trending wonderful and so is this updated apartment which is very well equipped and attractive. We will stay here again!

What a beautiful apartment in an ideal location in Penn Yan! The perfect spot to walk to all our favorite bars and restaurants in town and relax after a day of wine tours. Highly recommend!

The studio apartment was just as advertised. Recently remodeled and beautiful. Walking distance to several good restaurants and things to do. Hostess was very nice and informative. I would definitely stay there again.

This property is a great location if you are staying in Penn Yan and more spacious inside than the photos look online. We were excited to stay and happy upon check in.Unfortunately, our experience with this host became very uncomfortable and unprofessional. On day 3 of 4 while we were out at wineries, the host began calling and messaging us in an accusatory and alarmed manner regarding alleged property damage, despite us using the property in a normal way and cooperating fully by allowing immediate access to inspect the unit. The tone and approach felt unnecessary and created a stressful environment during our stay, despite us confirming over and over that nothing out of the norm occurred. We understand that maintenance issues can happen, but guests should not be made to feel blamed or intimidated before any investigation is complete. We would not stay here again based on how the situation was handled.

Pleasant Stay

We enjoyed staying in the apartment very much! It is very clean. The bed and sofa chairs are comfortable; the kitchen has everything we need to cook and clean; the bathroom is spacious. The host is very responsive and helpful.We just hope that the town could have posted parking regulations on the streets where people park. We tried to look for them on the street we parked, but can't find anything. The town staff then told us that all streets with parking boxes have 2 hour parking limit. The central business district is not well defined.

Beautiful downtown apartment. Immaculate and extremely comfy. Lots of extras to make the stay even more enjoyable - toiletries, games, books and more! Walk to shopping and restaurants. Host was super responsive in our communications.
