  • We are renting out a vacation apartment/contractor’s apartment in a quiet location in 09322 Penig—Tauscha district.
    The apartment is fully furnished and equipped as follows:
    - Living room: with sofa, TV, and kitchen (refrigerator-freezer combo, microwave oven, Bosch Tassimo capsule machine)
    - Bathroom: shower, window, hair dryer, towels
    - Bedroom: the bed can be arranged as a double bed or as two single beds. Bedding is included.
    - Free Wi-Fi and TV

    Directions:
    There is excellent access to the A 72 highway, allowing you to reach downtown Chemnitz in 20 minutes and downtown Leipzig in 45 minutes.
    A free parking space is available.

    Special features:
    During the summer months, we offer outdoor seating. For longer stays, use of a washing machine is available. Rewe, Lidl, and Aldi are within easy reach.
    This is a pet-free, non-smoking apartment. Smoking outdoors is, of course, permitted.

The owners were suuuppppper nice, had tips for us, always responding and helpful. The place is in gorgeous quiet area. You cannot walk from there anywhere, you need your transportation. We were on motorcycles - gas station was 3 min away, right next to it was a beautiful grocery store, that can get you started. Then you just have to know the area and what you want to visit. Town is very close as well, I think like 10 min, with some cafes and restaurants but we weren't there for that, just aware of it. If we are near by again - I'd book it immediately. Thank you!
