Premier soir, nous avons trouvé une méga Coquerel dans notre salle de bain. Nous avons avisé le personnel qui nous ont dit qu’ils pouvaient rien faire pour l’instant. Il fallait attendre au lendemain matin ou sinon il nous remboursait sur le champ, mais nous devions nous trouver un hôtel et il était minuit le soir et nos bagages étaient tout défait. Nous sommes donc restés, mais n’avons pas très bien dormi, vous vous en doutez. Nous avons demandé une compensation et on nous a dit qu’on devait s’adresser à Expedia. En plus il y avait de la construction à l’étage et même la pièce sous notre chambre donc à partir de sept heures, le matin jusqu’à 17 heures le soir, impossible de se reposer. Je ne conseille pas cet établissement. Le lit était d’ailleurs très inconfortable, on sentait les ressorts dans notre dos.

Todo estaba nítido. Nos encantó que está en un lugar céntrico, cerca de la zonas turística y con el beneficio de la tranquilidad para poder descansar. La vista desde la ventana era espectacular hacia el río Tejo y el Cristo Rey. Lo recomendamos!

We had a lovely stay at Lenscape Coterie! The front desk team was amazing—welcoming, helpful, and always friendly. The hotel was clean, and the warmth of everyone we encountered made us feel comfortable and well cared for. The one area that could use improvement is the service for hot breakfast orders. On our first morning, we waited about an hour and ultimately had to leave for a scheduled tour before our meals arrived. We experienced a similar delay the following morning. Although we were seated first in the smaller breakfast room, our order was taken after another table’s, and guests who arrived later received their meals before us. Our food came last, after roughly an hour. Better coordination of breakfast orders would make a big difference, especially for guests with morning plans. Despite this, we really appreciated the wonderful hospitality and cleanliness. The front desk team deserves special recognition for making our stay so welcoming!

This property is in a good location

Everything was perfect. Solo single woman traveler. I felt safe. Room was clean, breakfast was delicious!! This fit into my budget perfectly but the hotel was modern and accommodating. Smells really good too and close to most buses and trollers. Great neighborhood for fine dining and bars.
