Hotel is very nice and very convenient. The remodeled rooms (Superior and Premium) are worth the extra money.
The front desk staff is excellent—both professional and welcoming.
We have stayed at the Maya numerous times and will continue to make it our go-to hotel in Alicante.

Lovely lobby and entrance, room was spotless! Breakfast was great, lots to choose from! Location is great with bus stops close by to take you to the city centre. Beach is 10 mins walk, lovely long stretch witg beautiful views! Really impressed and would return!

Excellent check in with very polite and helpful staff. Room was good. Very clean and comfy bed. Only moan was it was a bit noisy. Our room was near the kitchen area and we were disturbed until late in the evening
