"The stay could have been better if the staff had explained everything more clearly and didn’t have an attitude when we asked questions. Also, our room had no view of the ocean or the pool, which was very disappointing."

"Location! Little Bay is great/beautiful beach. Good pools, restaurants and over all feel. Good for families. Room was fine (nothing special) but you’re paying for the view/location. Biggest complaint was that it’s notably understaffed, creating long wait times (pizza stand and bar in particular) and making staff seem annoyed or indifferent. Quick ride to Philipsburg and not bad to /from airport and others parts of the island (never/barely had to wait at cab stand)."

"The room was clean and well maintained. Some staff was friendly others no so much. So didn’t speak unless spoken to and even then barely spoke. The view was amazing."
