「Bel hôtel proche de Chania (environ 20 min) avec beaucoup d’équipements pour les enfants. Bon petit déjeuner varié. le water Park est neuf mais petit on a vite fait le tour donc le tarif est un peu excessif. La plage n’est pas top je vous recommande visiter les plages de Balos Beach, Elafonissi, seitan… Je recommande 」

「The place was great. The people at the front desk, bell staff and housekeeping were the best and most helpful. Our stay was near the end of the season so the restaurant was understaffed and a little slow. On the other hand there are so many great places to eat within short walking distance it didn't really matter. Highly recommended. Next time I will split time between here and old Chania.」

We received a room upgrade and the staff are so helpful with sorting of any issues / responding to queries. There was no problem gaining sunbeds around the two pools and the buffet style ‘all inclusive meals and drinks’ were very good.
