Beautiful property! We stayed inland in the courtyard with the pool and used the safari shuttle to get around to the beach and the restaurants. Everything was always well kept, staff was super nice and food was also delicious at both restaurants! Definitely recommend!

The Menjangan is a beautiful resort in the West Bali Barat National Park. It is spread out over a large area with open top mini buses traveling between the various parts available at any time on request. Our poolside room was large and beautifully styled. The two restaurants offer lovely meals and the staff are super polite and friendly. The number of rooms and guests is relatively small so it is never crowded. The facilities and options within the park are good with excellent guided bird and nature watching and easy snorkelling from the beach jetty and excellent snorkelling a short boat ride away.

The entire staff team was friendly, helpful, kind, and thoughtful. The room was clean and well maintained. The pool and beaches were pretty, and the massage among the mangroves was peaceful. We enjoyed delicious food from both restaurants. We also enjoyed bird watching, snorkeling, and horseback riding. It was incredible to see monkeys, giant squirrels, coucal, kingfishers, Bali Mynas, a civet cat, barking deer, a falconet, and much more. We felt privileged to experience West Bali National Park with such lovely accommodations.

It was a satisfying trip for us.

The hotel is very nature friendly. All the staff are friendly and kind. The rooms are old but clean. They clean and tidy up the rooms from time to time. However, the towels are old and outdated. Overall, It was a satisfying trip for me.

Wunderschön im Nationalpark gelegen. Traumhafte Umgebung, allerdings ist man immer auf das kostenlose Shuttle auch zum Essen gehen angewiesen, wegen der Tiere, die in freier Natur leben. Die Hotelanlage top. Aber immer die Hoteltür gut schließen, da sonst Affen ins Zimmer gelangen würden. Zum Strand wird man mit dem Shuttle gebracht. Die Aussicht ist traumhaft. Wer die Abgeschiedenheit liebt, ist hier genau richtig.

Die Residenz hat eine traumhafte Aussicht. Einen sehr schönen Pool. Große Zimmer. Alle Zimmer sind nur über Außenbereiche verbunden. Die Kinder hatten wegen der Affen etwas angst alleine aus dem Zimmer zu gehen. Man braucht aber keine Angst zu haben. Alles sicher und sehr schön

En perle på Bali

Helt fantastisk sted! Nydelige, avslappende omgivelser. Flotte fasiliteter. Du blir tatt svært godt hånd om fra du ankommer til du drar. Personellet er svært hyggelige og gjestfrie. Maten i restauranten er nydelig, og området er utrolig flott. Hjort og aper går fritt rundt, og snorklemulighetene er også veldig gode! Dette er en perle på Bali, borte fra turistmaset og all støy. Anbefales på det sterkeste.

Worth the drive

Our beach villa was absolutely lovely, spacious, well laid out. And plenty of space to relax around the beach. Snorkelled and kayaked from the beach. Didn’t venture to enjoy the other facilities there were on offer as we were enjoying the beach and the restaurant on the beach.

Wonderful beachfront stay

The beach villa is just a few feet from the ocean. It is very comfortable with lots of desk space and a couch. I accidentally broke the shower head and it was repaired in 10 minutes. The snorkeling to the island is amazing.

The northwest of Bali is quite different from the rest of the island, it is drier with different flora and fauna. The property is situated in a national park with limited access by the public it is tranquil and a marked contrast to the hustle,bustle,traffic and touristy excess of the main towns. The rooms are separate from the beach and other facilities and the hotel lays on a shuttle service. There are plenty of things to do including wildlife and bird watching tours although the highlight is definitely the diving and snorkelling available on reefs off Menjangan Island. It is the only place on Bali that I would consider revisiting.
