Room was good, beds were semi-hard, bed sheets too short for bed, kept bunching up. Bathroom needs maintenance: faucet not bolted down and flopping around, cabinet falling apart. Heat/Air Con in the room worked well. Nice kitchen facilities. Elevator worked well. Located in business district so fewer traveller amenities than tourist areas. 3 code sets to remember to enter building and room. Place could be wonderful with minimal maintenance. Side note: Breakfast at Jupiter hotel next door was all you can eat spectacularama for 16€ per person. Metro right outside the front door.

I had a really great stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and well maintained, which made it comfortable and relaxing. The location was also excellent — it’s close to lots of shops, restaurants, and other convenient places, so everything you need is just a short walk away. The staff were friendly and helpful as well. Overall, I’d definitely recommend staying here and would happily come back again.

We were initially given a room on the first floor, and we could clearly hear noise from the street. Luckily, we were able to change to a room on the third floor. There were, however, a couple of disappointments. There were construction works at the hotel, which was not very pleasant. In addition, we were asked to pay a €50 deposit at check-in. We were quite surprised by this, as it was not mentioned anywhere in advance. We were told that the deposit would be released at check-out, but it has been a week since our stay and we have not yet seen the deposit returned to our bank account.

With a super location to explore Lisbon, the hotel provides luxurious comfort at the end of a day of walking. Our twin room was airy, bright and had everything you needed. Breakfast buffet was great and worth upgrading the stay. All staff we spoke to were very friendly and polite and sincerely wanted to make sure we were enjoying our stay. Book it. You wont be disappointed!

Stunning hotel, everything we could wish for. Staff were so attentive. In particular Katerina (sorry if I've spelt that wrong) was so helpful, right from the moment we checked in we felt valued. It really has been one of the best city hotels we've ever stayed in. Thank you
