「The staff were excellent always helpful and willing to help too, food was well above the standard of other Hotels, and the rooms were well kept and cosy. We were so impressed with the Hotel we've booked to stay again in September.. the only negative was that there was no lift, which made things slightly difficult for us but manageable Thank you to everyone who made our stay so pleasant . 」

「We had an amazing time! Hotel is lovely, clean and well presented; the owners can't do enough for you! We could not fault this hotel, everything was as you would expect from a 4 star property. Our bedroom was spacious, lovely high power shower, ample space for your belongings and a cosy sofa ideal for watching TV. 「I had a great visit to the Isle of Man. The weather was glorious. My apartment at the Arrandale was just what I needed during my visit. Scott was brilliant at keeping me informed about my booking and check in arrangements. This was greatly appreciated. My apartment kitchen area was well equipped for what I needed during my stay. I would book again at the Arrandale when visiting the Isle of Man in future. 」

「Property well kept. Dining options in and around the hotel are plentiful. Excellent central area location above the Promenade for walking and transportation options. Family run hotel is a great stay.」

「A very well appointed hotel on the Seafront of Douglas. Staff freindly and restaurant was very good. French style menu. The hotel has kept its early years character whilst implementing modern touches to compliment the decor. Room was spacious and again well appointed with all you need, tea/coffee making, flat screen tv, fridge with water snd plenty sockets/ USB charge points. Highly recommend.」
