Lovely hotel. Good breakfast and lunch options. Great location. Can walk into the town area in around 10 mins or about 20 mins from the port. Bus stop outside. Pay £7 for a hop on/off day rider on buses only to get around the island. Will cost more if you want to add the trams/trains.

Used accessible entrance on arrival via the breakfast room… poor signage, lights out and smelled of bleach.. not very welcoming. Stairs up to main entrance impossible with suitcases. Reception bright & welcoming when we found it. Room clean, but needs a refurb. WC flush took 10 mins to re-fill!! Three big windows with view of the beach. Spacious with ample storage. Breakfast average but friendly staff. Restaurant evening meal.. fabulous food but expensive. Coffee in lounge served in a pot & same price as a cup elsewhere. Bus stops outside… bus direct to/from airport.

Perfect stay

Thia hotel was a perfect for our stay on the Isle of Man. The room was spacious( sea view) and the room had USB ports, grab bars and bathmat for the shower/bathtub, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful. This hotel is on the Promenade and close to bus stops.

Nice hotel on Douglas bay , lovely breakfast buffet with quality produce, nice evening food , perhaps a bit more entertainment at night other than pianist but overall good experience

Had a very enjoyable stay here. The restaurant was top class food. We also ate in the piano bar and that was excellent too. Staff were very polite and helpful. Room was kept clean daily and the Breakfast was really good. Plenty to choose from nothing was to much trouble.
