"I was at Haven, formerly Hotel Schmidt-Monique in Bochum for 8-days. I arrived 25-minutes before the “official” check-in time and was told I could check-in early for €20. "The property was conveniently located to the bus/train station. Within walking distance to many restaurants/bars and shopping. It was very noisy as there were groups of people getting off the busses ad 3am/4am yelling/chanting and waking us up. "
