Two people stayed in the room, and although there was no space to open suitcases, the room was clean and the shower had a satisfactory amount of water. However, the sound problem remained a major issue.The noise of doors closing and opening in the corridor was very loud and if you were on the same floor as someone returning from a club or a late dinner, your sleep would be compromised. The hotel was also waking up early in the morning to loud noises of doors closing and not being able to get a good night's sleep. The sound of doors closing in all rooms is very loud. The employees of this hotel should stay there once to see how it sounds.When I complained to the female front desk staff about this, they were full of excuses and no apology. Firstly, if a complaint is made, you should apologise before making excuses. Other staff were very good. I will leave an honest comment as I would never return here.

Good location, nice and clean room

スタッフの方は皆さん親切で優しく、部屋は可愛く清潔で快適でした。 最寄りの駅はストライキで止まることのない1番線やロワシーバスの停車駅、ディズニーランドの最寄りに繋がる路線がありとても便利でした。

スタッフの方々が皆親切でしたが、フロントや、レストランが無人の時があった。

アクセスがよい！スタッフさんも親切でとてもよい時間を過ごせました。ありがとうございました！エレベーターだけ狭かったです！
