「A good location with good views over Barry. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The property was "tired" and with a good budget, has the potential to be a lovely venue. A good value for money, basic accommodation, if your expectations are not too high.」

「Beautiful modern hotel with great rooms and location.」

「The staff, from the pub to the hotel were absolutely wonderful! Very helpful and kind, telling me certain walking paths to get to the train station」

「.」

「Room was clean but an issue with extractor fan in bathroom. Staff very approachable and polite. Spa staff were exceptional. Food was fantastic especially the breakfast.」

「Great location, close to restaurants, shops & cafes. Very clean & spacious room with lovely bathroom. Beautiful sea view close to pier. Plenty of street parking behind property.」

「Aircon was a bit noisy in the room, pool And sauna were closed for refurbishment and don’t seem to have read this prior to booking?」

「The staff were very helpful and relaxed in their approach. Breakfast was tasty and there was plenty of tea and a local coffee. The bedroom was clean but obviously being upgraded.」

「Perfect little stay in Cardiff! Lovely location, easy to get into the city but out enough to not have the city weekend noise. Rooms were cozy and super clean, lovely comfortable bed, sofa in the room and nice large bathroom. everything you could need! Owner is the loveliest gentleman ever, nothing is too much for him & incredibly kind. Would absolutely come back next trip」

「3 Horse shoes was great, for some reason our bedroom got mixed up, was supposed to have a family room but got a double. Staff sorted the issue, i dont know but apparenty is was an Expedia mix up. Issue was sorted by the morning even though we arrived late, cool pub with a kids soft play and decent playground. Foods nice, staff great.....」
