「When I came into the lobby to check in, I was completely frazzled and freaked out thanks to an incident on the I-5. I was shaky, and probably a little short with the individual who checked me in. He was so incredibly kind, walking me through the property and check in process, offered me water, a place to sit and decompress, and anything else. I can’t stress the service of this place.

「The room was clean, and renovated. It wasn't as close to Hults Center as listed. We had thought we'd walk to our event, but decided it was farther than we wanted to venture. The only odd thing, was that check in was outside the lobby instead of inside. The clerk as very nice though.」
「This is our go to stay in Eugene. The rooms are very nice and clean. The beds are very comfortable. We've stayed in at least 3 different rooms and all have been enjoyable. They have always been able to accommodate my vegetarian diet for breakfast and offer very tasty meals. It's not a buffet style thankfully. Also the grounds are immaculate. We plan on continuing to stay here when visiting eugene. 」
