「Rooms were clean, staff were helpful with getting extra minor items done for us.」

「We had a WONDERFUL stay with the exception of the water being froze up when we returned to the house at 10:00 pm on Saturday night. It was a very cold weekend. We were unable to take showers Saturday night/Sunday morning and unable to flush the toilet. Also, the water cooler could maybe use a little upgrade. Other than this, it’s a cozy and comfortable place to stay and decorated so nicely.」

「My credit card was charged despite prepaying. In reviewing the folio emailed to me after checkout, they charged taxes which were already paid and documented as such on my initial booking receipt. There were no incidentals charged to the room, just a billing error on their part. When I contacted the property to resolve the overpayment/double charge, I was told they had a new system and the issue would need to be escalated to the manager. There has been no contact from manager Kay to resolve the...

「This stay was amazing!!! David was so kind and friendly when we communicated and very flexible letting us check out a bit later. The unit was amazing. Truly a sweet gem that was decorated perfectly while still feeling comfortable to just relax in. The beds were so comfy as was the couch!! We 100% recommend this incredible location. 」

「The hotel is going through renovations so the lobby area was a little disorganized with building materials around and also in the parking lot. Room was fantastic and has been upgraded and well designed. No carpet a very big +. All the staff were very pleasant and professional. I would most definitely stay there again and recommend to others.」
