「Decent budget-friend hotel though you pay a slight premium for being right on the seafront. They have a parking garage on a first come first serve basis for £8 per 24 hours, though it’s incredibly tight so big cars may struggle. There is lots of paid street parking (£0.95 per 30 minutes) that can often have you parked right outside the hotel if you time it right that runs from 9am to 6pm; max stay 4 hours during those times so it’s good for free overnight if you time it right.」

「Everything was exactly as you wanted. The only reason that I reduced my review is because there was an unsightly mark on the sheet and I think people should pay more attention when they make the bed cause this was not very pleasant at all I was woken late that night by people talking outside my room. I don’t quite know why, and obviously nobody can do anything about that except the guests themselves by being more considerate. With luck it’s just an exception.」

「Very run down with no signs of trying to fix anything. Friendly enough staff, but clueless. I had to move rooms after the first night. The radiator in room 218 couldn't be turned off and it was 25 degrees. The ceiling in the bathroom has water damage from above and the plaster was cracked and falling down. The second room I was given, room 317, had more problems. The window had broken seals, so let in a lot of wind and noise from the street. I found 2 empty Absolut vodka bottles wedged...

「The hotel is ok for a stopover. Decor and upkeep needs some tlc. Breakfast ok. There is a bus stop outside the hotel that takes you to the city centre. National express stops outside. Basic English breakfast buffet of the usual. A choice of eggs would be good. In general not bad value of the stay. 」

「Bedbug infestation caused us to leave at 11:00pm with nowhere to go. Expedia did not offer to help find an alternate. Still waiting for the promised refund, but we ended up abandoning our visit to see our daughter and drive home in the early hours. Absolutely shocking.」

「Absolutely perfect stay. Greeted with warmth and kindness from the owners and also departed with the same warmth and kindness. During my stay nothing was too much trouble if I needed it. Idyllic location near to Worthing centre and also Cissbury Ring landmark. Great transport links. I was greeted with homemade lemon shortbread with all the listed ingredients which was a lovely touch and absolutely delicious. Karibu is immaculately cleaned. Extremely comfortable. 「On arrival the toilet for my room was not working. No problem at all as I was then uograded to a much better room. Great service 」

「The room was OK, but finding the hotel and finding the room within the hotel were both very difficult. They also asked for an additional card checking fee before check-in, though thankfully they waived this when we queried it. The remote check in made the start of the stay very stressful, but once we were in it was fine. There are some lovely period features in the property, but some of the paneling is actually wallpaper!」

「I appreciate is a 2 stars hotel but the sink was dripping, the shower wasn’t properly tight the remote control was covered in a weird sticky substance and the room actually stinks Just list it the way it is. 」
