"Checking in the young lady, I believe her name was Ty. Got us squared away with our room lounge cars and explanations of the hotel. We were able to get extra towels and the Housekeeping staff was accommodating around our schedule to get the room addressed. Valet parking was a plus, we didn't have to worry about get a spot every day. Enjoyed the hotel and will look to book there if I'm back in the city."

"The host Jeanette was lovely, attentive but never intrusive. Breakfasts were delicious and nicely presented at the 12 seat table — every day we had a different entree and a good selection of fruit plus homemade sweet bread! The room was great. The bed was very comfy. had an en suite bathroom, which was important to me. The house itself is amazing! Lots of beautifully furnished rooms downstairs that guests are allowed to use and even a little pantry with bottles of water and a keurig coffeemaker with a selection of coffees available 24/7. Maybe one of the nicest things was on site parking, although there seemed to be on street parking as well. I’d love to come back in the Summer and sit on the wraparound porch with my coffee. "

"The house was spotless when we arrived and well equipped. We had an issue with our heat and the owner addressed it immediately which was much appreciated. Parking was easy as described. The neighborhood was pretty quiet for being in Philly! There are stores nearby if you need anything. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would stay again!We did stay with our 3 year old and the only suggestion I have is to have something to cover/block the basement stairs. There was a big draft coming upstairs since it was very cold when we stayed and the stairs are right off of the kitchen making us a little nervous with a 3 year old running around. We just put some chairs there and it was a non issue though. "
