You'll also find an additional sofa bed in the upstairs living area. There is a standard kitchen with an oven, stove, fridge freezer and microwave. Also, a washing machine and tub.
The home is found on a main road and is the first of two dwellings on the property. There is off-street parking for one or two cars.
