"Great location near shopping and restaurants. Property was well maintained and clean. Staff were all helpful and friendly. Parking was pricey through hotel, but convenient. We had a great stay and will stay here again on our next visit to Portland. "

"Good location, roomy suite, friendly staff. Breakfast was good quality for a hotel chain. The rooftop patio is a wonderful place to hang out and open a bottle of wine that you can buy at the nice world grocery a half a block away. My only complaint is that the bed in our room was a bit lumpy - the mattress seemed to be nearing the end of its useful life. But I'd stay here again and hope that the bedding gets updated."

"Shady staff. Refused to give receipt and charge extra for people in room apparently 2 to a room and 2 beds is still an extra charge. Avoid at all cost. Expedia you should end your relationship with the palms , they are terrible. "
