"The Room service staff needs to be able to communicate and understand English instead of just relying on the order number of the dish in the food menu to take orders. I simply asked if they had pan fried salmon ( as the menu in the room was incomplete ) for room service , the phone was passed around so many times to different staff and in the end still nobody understood my simple question. I think this is unacceptable for room service . What if a guest has food allergy and want to ask about the contents of the food/dish? The staff must be able to handle that kind of questions…. They are basic questions expected. "

"The restaurant was closed. The gym was great. The pool was good. The staff was good. The Hotel was about a 20 minute walk to good restaurants. "

"We love the location and we even have stayed at Terminal 21 and space hotel but this one is right on the beach. For my daughter which is 7 she liked the space hotel but over all we loved the staff and property and rooms were nice as well "

"Room was quite large and tidy. Unfortunately bathroom had a bath and shower combined and water wet the outside on the floor too easily. We did not enjoy our showering. They need to remove bath and just have a shower with a glass panel. Otherwise the hotel was good. Buffet Breakfast was very good anf staff very friendly."
