Turn in your plastic door card when you leave or face a major fine if you lose it. Be careful in the bathroom--the 2 inch down step can be painful if it's forgotten when exiting."

"On check out the staff was unable to help ,but next day the receptionist Kan who was very polite and courteous helped to fix the issue. The rooms are good in size but the bathroom is not good as one has to first climb and then one step down for toilet and for shower one has to climb and enter bathtub which is not very friendly to use. No rooms available with walkin shower. "

"Nice big comfy room. Clean, close to the nightlife if you want it. Front desk, and Mgr, very very nice ppl. Breakfast (American Style) was good and plentiful. My only complaint was Wi-Fi very spotty on the 3rd floor. Had to use my Hot Spot many times. I would return. "

"House keeping Ladies taking photos of towel because we had sun tan lotion marks on and refused to change. A quick wash and rinse out by myself got all marks out of the towel. Swimming pool is dangerous had 4 Stiches due to fall in pool. The pool has many obstacles that are not easily seen because of the darkness of the pool. Breakfast not up to other Thailand hotels we have stayed in. "
