"The pool was out of order but was advertised as working. Shower overflowed everytime it was used. It would flood the entire bathroom floor. Was told that we could change rooms then it didnt happen. The television also did not work. Staff were very friendly though. "

"Stayed for only one night but would have happily stayed for longer. Excellent swimming pool, surrounded by great bar/dining space (with wonderfully eclectic decorations & a friendly macaw) serving a wide-range of tasty & nicely priced food & beverages. Staff were all very friendly & accommodating. Rooms and furniture are definitely showing their age, but the bed was very comfortable & the air-con worked well. "Wow, this beautiful looking hotel is new and gave me a peaceful vibe. I like the set up. The room was awesome and had comfortable beds. Enjoyed the big cool shaped swimming pool and it’s pretty long comparing to other hotels I’ve stayed at. Front desk employees are very courteous and friendly. I liked the restaurant and the bar that are right by the pool. Having a drink at the bar by the pool was so relaxing and delightful. "The location is good, but the bathtub in the room wasn't cleaned, and the rooftop jacuzzi wasn't cleaned either. It was slippery and felt terrible. There was no cleaning every day, and it cost 2,000 baht per service. There were no garbage bags either. I asked the staff for them, and they only gave us three bags for a three-story villa with eight rooms. We ended up having to buy them at the supermarket!"

"Stuffs were great, good service. There were some problems with the hotel but they tried hard to fix it. It was unlucky wasn't hotel's fault. Breakfast was good, enough varieties. Didn't try the pool was out most of the time anyway Only problem for me was the mattress was way too hard for my liking, it'd be great for those who prefer hard bed but it was too much for me. I'd come back again if it wasn't because of the mattress. "
