Worst experience ever. The property manager can't understand English at all and was so arrogant when we reached the property. They also took extra service charge & cleaning charges which are usually not taken anywhere else as they are included in the charges paid to book the property and they don't hand the property keys if you don't pay these charges. In fact after paying for all these charges & room tariff the wifi was not working for the whole day. Also no nearby market area around the property which makes it a bit deserted and won't recommend this property if you are coming for 2-3 days in Pattaya as everything is far & no service provider. The property's water park is good but overall not worth the money you pay.

Didn't have the room we reserved & paid in advance for & offered a check out after first day of 10 with refund for 9 days unused . We checked into a hotel elsewhere . Followed up by notifying Expedia & the Atlantis lied & said no refund was ever offered. Not true.
