"Horrible customer service. Requested a non-smoking room and arrived not just to a room that had been smoked in but one that reeked of overpowering cigarette smoke even after we opened windows and doors for some time. Inquired by app and the management stated sorry that a heavy smoker had been there previously against their policy but that was it. No way to clean and deodorize during my stay and they rudely declined to refund or offer anything for the inconvenience. Forced to stay elsewhere....

SEAVIEW Cityscape Hotel

8/10 Good

"Nice place to spend a vacation . Walking distance to pubs and restaurants. Walking distance to tram. Nice terrace . Toilet and bathroom sink wasn't cleaned one day. Clogged shower drain which fixed when reported. Breakfast could have been better"

GK Airport Suites - Free Shuttle & Early Check In by GK Hospitality Group

10/10 Excellent

"Everything was perfect, the room. It was so big for just one person but I loved it. The balcony was insane. I wish it wasn’t a little cold and I wasn’t exhausted because I would have loved to sit outside and watch the city. Location was excellent. Only reason I gave staff 4/5 stars, one of the cleaning ladies was soo RUDE. She saw that I was struggling with the key pad and she just watched me while she was on my phone. Then she had the nerve to slam it shut and was like “bye” and went back inside. What did she think I was gonna do, steal the keys. She just watched me like a hawk while not being helpful. CLEANING STAFF 0/5. But this was just one person. Everything else was excellent! Oh shuttle driver guy was super super nice!! 10/10 for him, even drove me around to show me the area before dropping me off."

The Margi

10/10 Excellent

"The Margi Hotel is in prime location close to Astir Beach and the marina. The hotel is clean and well maintained albeit the double room is on the smaller side. Apparently we got an upgrade to a double room. Interestingly that is exactly what I booked so unclear where the upgrade was. Breakfast was great for boutique hotel, definitely get the orange juice and the margi farm grown tomatoes and eggplants. When we arrived, we were instantly greeted and assisted by the doormen who consistently greets us each time we see them. They definitely made us feel welcomed. Our luggages were quickly and efficiently delivered to our room within minutes of our arrival Front desk staff were somewhat stand off ish. Thought it’s their job to make guests feel welcomed? Hmmm. Not a deal breaker at all just comparing to our other stays on the trip at lesser hotels Ultimately, we enjoyed our stay there for its location and planned our days around the area. So would definitely return one day"
