Patons Rock beach is shallow and safe, popular with families, boaties, kayakers and paddle boarders. And you're only 12 minutes away from the distinctive township of Takaka.

The Space:
This light and welcoming two-storey home offers the perfect coastal escape, just across the road from beautiful Patons Rock Beach.

Downstairs, the garden leads into a lounge and dining area with a TV and comfortable seating — a great place to relax after a day at the beach. The newly renovated modern kitchen is fully equipped, and there’s also a convenient laundry room and a separate toilet on this level.

Upstairs, you’ll find the master bedroom with a king bed and private balcony — the ideal spot to enjoy stunning sea views. There’s also a queen bedroom and a third bedroom with a bunk bed (double on the bottom, single on top), perfect for families or friends. The upstairs bathroom includes a shower and toilet.
