The location is great Our first night we were put in a room facing Bangla boxing stadium it was so loud The next day the staff moved us to a back room which was great and we couldn’t hear the stadium Anything we needed staff assisted

Hotel is 3 stars, had to ask about breakfast as it is served in the second building, 77 bangla hotel is in fact part of 2 hotels 7Q bangla and 77 bangla that are next to each other. Staff was nice and attentive, rooms were clean, I fell safe with my laptop for example.

Walking distance from Patong beach and bangla road. Can hear very dim sound of music in the balcony and won't hinder with your sleep. Amazing location with good breakfast options for vegetarians.

Hotel was ok, but nothing remarkable. Don't both with breakfast, it can be described in 1 word "Underwhelming". Search for somewhere outside to eat !!!!

It was a good stay

Location is perfect , Staff is friendly and helpful . They clean the room everyday change the towels but not the linens. In the shower there is hot water everytime . Yes i recommend this hotel to everyone and i would stay there again why not .

The reception girls were extremely helpful and easy to deal with. But my only issue was that there are 2 hotels called 7Q and the taxi took me to the wrong one , initially ansd no one picked up that it was the wrong one till a day later so it cost me more money..

Terrible hotel, very dated , hot water hit and miss then no water for a day when doing pool maintenance and guests were not informed.So no shower, no toilet. Moved out halfway during my stay and they refused to refund me 6 nights .Would not recommend in any way stay clear of 7Q Bangla Hotel.

I walked out after seeing the condition of the room that’s looking over a dump, a/c that doesn’t work and mold in the tub. This is the worst I’ve ever came across and the unprofessional staff attitude toped it all. Don’t be fooled by the regular rate and huge discount you’ll see. It’s not even worth a dollar and the biggest disappointment is that Expedia list this property on its website.

Für ein paar Tage Patong Erlebnis ist das Hotel passend, sauber und das Frühstück abwechslungsreich. Es liegt direkt neben der Thai Boxing Arena. Da ist es praktisch jeden Abend sehr laut. Allerdings um 23 Uhr ist Schluss. Somit kein Hotel für früh schlafen gehen, aber das ist ja auch nicht der Sinn in Patong Beach.

Only good thing is location close to Bangla... Otherwise was not cleaned room, I stayed 5 nights and only 1 day they cleaned my room.. Said we clean every 2 nd day....LOL very bad service. Sämsta servicen någonsin

Vi blev ombedda att byta ett rum 2 timmar efter incheckning, det nya rummet hade då en trasig a/c. De ringde och väckte oss kl 5 på morgonen och frågade vad vi höll på med och varför vi kommit dit. Deras pool var avstängd och detta fick vi upptäcka själva. Eftersom 7Q är en kedja, med ett annat hotell cirka 5 minuter bort, frågade vi om vi kunde få skjuts till det andra hotellets pool. Först sa de ja, men ändrade sig efter det att vi bytt till badkläder. Då samtalade jag med hotellets manager, som bad om ursäkt och åtgärdade a/c på rummet och ordnade skjuts till det närliggande hotellet. Därefter slutade de byta toapapper på rummen och gav onda blickar varje gång vi passerade. Innan vi checkade ut köpte min vän en dricka som receptionisten försökte ta dubbelt betalt för
