"This hotel was perfect for our 5 days ski trip, and exactly what we needed. The front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. The ski shuttle to the main lift station was reliable and convenient, and on-site ski storage made things easy. Quiet yet convenient location, plus a nice balcony for relaxing. Breakfast had a good variety with friendly service. We loved our stay and highly recommend!"

"The positives are straightforward: excellent location, parking, rooms are modern and fresh, and a pool area that is new. Breakfast is no better than what you would expect in a decent 3-star hotel. Lunch consists of a static menu of 6–7 dishes that does not change. Dinner is buffet-style with “ok” food quality — all far from what this hotel price point suggests. For us, the most disappointing part of the experience was the handling of allergies and intolerances. We gave advance notice before booking. The kitchen was unwilling to prepare something as simple as a fried egg or omelet adapted to my son’s needs. That is not a complex request. It is basic hospitality. Our complaint was noted, but nothing changed."

"Staff was very helpful. The one dinner I had there was quite good for being free. Be aware that unless you’re driving to and from the hostel every day it’s quite a hike up the hill from the road. In the winter it’s slick. The room was adequate but my biggest complaint is the shower curtain wasn’t long enough to keep water from flowing onto the bathroom floor which was a bit annoying Overall though a decent cheap place to stay. "

They were so wonderful in helping to make dinner reservations, suggest hiking trails, provide maps, and call taxis. If you are visiting during the summer, please note that there is no air conditioning at this hotel, but they do provide fans."

What truly made my stay unforgettable was the outstanding service from Carolina – she was absolutely exceptional. Warm, attentive, and incredibly professional. She made me feel like I was the only guest in the entire hotel. Valentine was also great – helpful and kind – but Carolina truly stood out. The spa was peaceful and beautifully maintained – the perfect place to relax and unwind. The breakfast was rich, well-presented, and full of delicious options to suit every taste. And the view from the room was breathtaking – calm and panoramic, adding to the overall serenity of the stay. Highly recommended. I’ll definitely be coming back soon."
