"The staff was excellent and very quick and efficient in helping us arrange a taxi. The room upgrade was a special touch and greatly appreciated. The room itself was very clean, spacious, and quiet. The only small note I would mention is that the sleeping pillows felt a bit lightweight and could use a little improvement. Other than that, everything was perfect."

"This hotel is first rate. The staff is sharp and concerned that you are happy. I had a long day and was beat one day, and the staff made me a pick up expresso to energize me. I enjoyed the cocktails in a sitting room near the desk, very stout mohettos. The free parking saved me 30-40 euro everyday. The village center of Fiesole is only a mile away, and has a pharmacy, bars and restaurants of good quality. "

"This hotel is not in the city center but is walkable to the center in about 20 minutes. The tram stop is in front of the hotel which is a quick option if you don't want to walk. The tram also takes you straight to the airport and the main train station which is convenient. The rooms are basic but clean. There are alot of study abroad students who stay here ( my daughter included) so the hotel is very modern. There is a nice rooftop with a bar and a restaurant (which I did not try). Overall for the price I would recommend it. "
