「The only reason we are giving this property 5 stars is because of the view and everything it came with. It is truly an amazing property that unfortunately was soiled by how FAR it truly was from the entrance. We came with 4 luggages and 2 bags and their transportation service, while stated it was going to be available, the driver had finished early that day and we had to drag our luggage what seemed miles up the hill and steps (which were plenty). 「This eco-friendly hotel is a hidden gem. The house is comfortable and clean, situated in the mountains. The couple that run the hotel are AMAZING. They were very much on top of supporting our family while we stayed there. 」

「過密スケジュールでイライラした気持ちでこのホテルに着いたが、フロントの方始めとするスタッフさん方の人間的なホスピタリティに和んだ。ラスペツイアからバスで向かった。バス停からも分かりやすいし。周りにも飲食店が多く、数分歩くとスーパーもある。宿泊は月曜日の夜1泊でしたが、月曜の夜はホテルのレストランが休みだとかで、ホテルで食べられなかったのが残念。代わりに徒歩数分のリストランテに通いつめて、そこのスタッフたちと仲良くなったのでよしとしよう。」
