This home is located just 5 blocks from the Town Center, take an easy walk to the famed Paso Robles restaurants and downtown wineries. Gourmet kitchen and outdoor living with patio area & spa. This is truly a wonderfully different home, and the perfect spot to explore the Central Coast.  This is the sister (and neighboring home) to MIDCENTURY MANOR, so get a few groups of people together and rent them both!

This home features a stylish midcentury modern living space with a mix of vintage and modern furnishings. The living room has a couch & chair and features a 70" Smart TV.  The dining room is just steps away in a separate casita for an intimate dining experience. The kitchen is small, but big in all the right ways! Professional Wolf range and stainless appliances.  Small appliances include Wolf toaster oven, Keurig duo coffee maker, Nespresso espresso machine, Insta-pot pressure cooker, Kitchen Aid stand mixer, blender, food processor, popcorn popper, & toaster. Enjoy setting the table using the luxury cookware, glassware and dishes. Both bedrooms feature King size beds and smart TVs. The full bathrooms include  custom expansive, walk-in showers, luxury towels and bathroom supplies. There is a full laundry room with washer, dryer, iron, ironing board and steamer. The outdoor backyard space features a 4 person spa, seating area and fire pit, or grill it up on the gas BBQ.  Also enjoy Board games, books, & bluetooth speaker. Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, laundry facilities and private parking. Shampoo, soaps, paper products, towels, and linens are provided. Everything you need for a perfect getaway! This home is easily accessible to Hwy 101 and only 5 minutes away from downtown Paso Robles. Walk to the Downtown Tasting Rooms, or feel free to take a quick drive to explore the other 200+ wineries that Paso wine country has to offer! Indulge yourself at one of the many restaurants in downtown Paso Robles. From farm-to-table concepts to wine pairing with meals, you are sure to have a fine dining experience!

Beautiful and Clean Mid-Century Modern Home

This home was immaculate and exactly as advertised, with every amenity one could think of or want. The kitchen was well-stocked, the bedrooms were clean with comfortable beds and soft sheets, and the bathrooms were beautifully upgraded. The shower heads had strong water pressure, which felt like such a luxury! The location was close to downtown (walking distance) and parking was not a problem. This is an excellent place to stay in the Paso Robles area!

Perfect place, great spot

Super easy to work with, super clean property. Everything you want and need, two big beds and two baths makes this a great spot for 2 couples who want to have an amazing Paso visit. Highly recommend.

Great time in Paso!

Much more than I expected! It was all of the little things that made our stay easier. Clean and well decorated. From pictures just didn’t realize that we were booking a unit in back of main house.

Wine tasting Weekend Getaway

Myself and three friends stayed here for a Paso wine tasting weekend. Leila’s place was perfect for the four of us. Very clean, spacious and great communication throughout. We were able to walk to downtown for dinner. We will definitely return here on our next visit to Paso.

This was a great place - very clean and well furnished. The separate dining area was a bit awkward but we didn’t utilize it given the proximity to the many restaurants downtown. The ping pong table was an added bonus! We also appreciated the filtered water system. The hosts were very communicative and check in/check out was a breeze. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect Place in Paso!

This was possibly the best rental house experience I’ve ever had. The house is so cozy, clean, and comfortable. The owners have thought of everything, the house is so well appointed and has everything you could need. While small, the house has a great layout and all the spaces are so comfy. The beds are amazing and the showers are excellent! We really enjoyed the hot tub after a day of wine tasting. The location is ideal, just a short walk to downtown and lots of restaurants. We so enjoyed our time at the house, and I hope to stay again whenever I return to Paso Robles.

Wonderful property

We used this home for 3 nights to explore the Paso Robles and San Luis Obispo wine areas. We were two couples who have been friends for years. It had two very comfortable bedrooms with their own bathrooms. All the amenities you could possibly want. Very very well appointed. Nice quiet neighborhood close to all you need. The kitchen was very well equipped. Clean, modern…..excellent place for our getaway.

Perfect Couples Getaway

This was a perfect property for two couples looking to enjoy Paso Robles. We spent our days out wine tasting and enjoyed coming back to the hot tub in the evening. We were able to walk to dinner and the cute downtown, which made things very easy. The set-up of two beds, two baths is perfect for two couples and the completly separate dining room was perfect when someone needed some space for a bit of work. It was also great for playing games. We would highly recommend this spot and look forward to booking it again in the future.

Perfect Place in Paso!

This property was perfect for our visit to Paso! It's the perfect size for two couples, with separate beds/baths, but great shared common spaces indoor and out. We enjoyed the fire pit, hot tub, grill and fun dining casita. The rental was spotless, well-furnished, has a fully stocked chef's kitchen, and is so well-appointed with hospitality details (extra blankets and towels, toiletries, coffee choices, etc.). Walkable to the heart of downtown Paso and a short drive to all surrounding Paso wineries. It's tucked behind the main house which makes it private and quiet. We loved it!

We really appreciated the extras… spices, coffee, bathroom extras, the info on Paso left in the property, etc. The home was adorable…updated, comfortable, clean, plenty of NICE towels. Great upgraded appliances and a well stocked kitchen. Centrally located. The only bummer was the dang weather. It rained the whole time…otherwise we would have definitely enjoyed the outdoor seating area with the firepit. We will definitely stay here again the next time we take a long weekend trip to wine country.

Paso Robles Getaway

Super perfect home away from home for a long winery weekend in Paso Robles. The property was everything we expected from the description. Beautiful, clean, private. Walkability to downtown was easy. What was fun was that there were many little 'extras' we came across during our stay that made our stay even more comfortable, such as unexpected amenities in the bathroom which were a lovely surprise. The hot tub and firepit were easy to use and thoroughly enjoyed. A nice way to relax further after wine tasting during the day. The owners' were quick to communicate and we appreciated that responsiveness. I plan to book again on a future trip to Paso Robles.

My dear friend and I traveled to Paso during spring break for some wine tasting. Found Leila's place and has been one of the best places we've ever stayed in!! and we've traveled a lot prior to covid. Just 1 block off of the main street and very walkable to everything in town. Inside the home was so up to date and wonderful appliances (ones that you would want for your own home) and clean. she did not forget anything! that you might need while away from home. The 2 bedroom & bath are separated one either side of home. The cutest dining area/casita, just 4 steps from front door. Very private and quiet. Just the BEST in every way that you could imagine. Thanks Leila we hope to return!
