Staff at reception very nice upon check in and during our stay. Room vents needed attention for dust and art work frame in room broken too. Otherwise a very pleasant stay.

The hotel was decorated elegantly for the holidays and I was offered a room upgrade due to an issue with the kiosk saying the room was not ready even though it was after 3 pm which is check in time. Pasadena, Tx is a very busy, noisy industrial area which is why I was there. I'm sure there are nice areas as well, unfortunately I did not get to visit them.
