We called and it took an hour the first time and the second time took more than 2 hours, several calls , and 2 front desk visits. With two small kids in wet bathing suits including myself we could not make our dinner reservations without being able to take showers. Room smelled moldy and staff was not friendly at all. "

"I would expect more from a hotel for the homeless. I was scared the death of bed bugs. Sketchy neighborhood, no staff, no lounge or coffee, contrary to photos and all their rooms are photo shopped. Never coming back. No soap, a sink that was gas station type, and no cups."

"This hotel was very nice, very clean and the staff was great. The only thing I didn't like is that they had no microwave. And the hotel at all, I'm not in the rooms or Nowhere else on the resort."

"The Royal Sonesta is the to go to hotel for us. It is perfectly situated that you can go for a walk and find stores. The staff is friendly and accommodating especially at the buffet and lobby entrance. Rooms are clean and bed comfortable."
