"My wife and I have stayed at this Fiesta Americana several times over the years as this hotel is our first choice when staying in Merida. Beyond the beautiful interior design of the building, the hotel staff is what makes our stays so much more pleasurable. Everyone smiles and extends a warm welcome. We stay in a Club level room as we enjoy the evening tapas and morning breakfast, which offer a wide variety of great foods from main dishes to desserts every day.
The rooms are very clean and stately and the bed is by far the best bed in any hotel we have stayed. Even softer and more comfortable than ours at home.
We have had the pleasure of having Roger help us during our stays, usually in the morning for breakfast service. He always greets us with a big smile and works above and beyond to be sure we, and everyone, has everything they need during breakfast. Roger is a tremendous asset to the Fiesta Americana team!
We look forward to our upcoming stay at the end of March."
"The room was clean and staff was always very attentive and friendly. The chef in the restaurant was amazing. I am a vegetarian and he made me special food just for me. The building it's very nice with history. I will recommend this lovely place. "
"I have no words to describe the service and cleanliness of Los Aluxes. After having a nightmare at another hotel, (which by the way I lost a ton of money but will report it for giving misleading information) I was able to quickly book Hotel Los Aluxes and within a fe minutes and a call to the hotel they welcome us and made us feel at home! THANK YOU TO ALL THE STAFF AT HOTEL LOS ALUXES!!!"
