「ホテル入口がわかりにくいが、スタッフは皆ﾌﾚﾝﾄﾞﾘｰで気持ちが良い。朝食やｺｰﾋｰ、ﾐﾈﾗﾙｳｵｰﾀｰ等いつでも自由にもらえる。ﾓｰﾆﾝｸﾞｺｰﾙをお願いしたが、部屋に電話設置なくとりあえず持参した目覚まし時計をセットしておいたが、朝、スタッフが依頼時間に部屋のドアをノック起こしてくれた。ｴﾚﾍﾞｰﾀｰは無いがそれ以上にｱｯﾄﾎｰﾑ的で好きになるホテル。」

「4泊しました。値段の割に客室は広く基本的な設備があります。ドライヤーの調子が悪くなり連絡したところすぐに対応してくれて助かりました。冷蔵庫があったらもっと便利ですが、メキシコでは客室にあるほうが少ないので不満はないです。ホリデーシーズンだからなのか外から音楽や騒音が聞こえる日があった。寝たので何時まで続いたかは分からないが立地が良いので仕方ない。心配な方は耳栓を。 総じて良いホテルです。」
