"I was very polite to the front desk. They corrected the problem . The room next to me was kicking they. I was polite ...NOW THERE IS A DIFFERENT PROBLEM.. THIS RUDE PERSON IS THERE ALL THE TIME. HE IS EXTREMELY IMPOLITE. HE IS NOT ESTONIAN, WHICH ACTUALLY MAKES NO DIFFERENCE.
