"Room’s floor was sandy, a random cheerio, and found lot of dust when I accidentally dropped my earring on the floor. I even requested the front desk to have someone clean the floor but they told me they won’t do that and only refresh the beds. I rarely write any negative reviews but the fact that they refused to vacuum even after requesting it, I just feel like their standards are mediocre at best."

"Right from the moment we arrived, what really stood out was the warm reception—the staff were very polite and extremely helpful. The room was very clean and smelled great, and both the bathroom and toilet were spotless. The hotel was just a 5–6 minute walk from Old Quebec, which made the location perfect. Overall, it was an amazing experience—the best trip we’ve had to Quebec City so far"

"My family and I had a great experience in Quebec City. The hotel was in a good location and was very close to all stores and restaurants inside the wall. The room was very clean and could accommodate 3 to 4 people. Our room was very quiet and the beds were comfortable. I will definitely come back to the hotel and stay in the future.
