「Host messaged me after booking and told me his place was actually unavailable but would not cancel my reservation because he would get charged by vrbo. Very inconsiderate considering the time it takes to get refunded by vrbo - I am still waiting for my refund after long conversations with them. He essentially passes on the fee to me in doing this given the cost of my time to obtain this refund. Do not recommend. 」

「A charming Colonial townhouse, obviously recently renovated to a high degree. Beautiful arrangements, luxurious master bathroom, charming backyard. Would stay again in a heartbeat!」

「The house is spacious and cozy--plenty of space both for spreading out with friends at the big dining table, or catching up with cocktails in the common room. Kitchen is spacious, too, and a blast to make big dinners in. The bedrooms have plenty of closet and storage space for long stays. There's only one catch: during colder days, the difference in temps upstairs and downstairs are noticeable. Upstairs can get a bit stuffy if the thermostat is set high, so tone that baby down by five degrees...

「Host was great, gave easy instructions. The house was very clean with amenities exactly as described in the listing. For our visit, location was perfect. 5 min from venue for family event. 10 minutes or less to shopping, dining and hotels where other family members stayed.」
