Designed with large groups in mind, the property includes a spacious main house along with two separate guest houses, creating room for up to 30 guests. This unique setup is ideal for multiple families traveling together, extended-family gatherings, reunions, group getaways, or corporate retreats. Everyone can stay together on one property while still having separate spaces to retreat to when a little peace and quiet is needed.



With two kitchens, preparing meals for a crowd is much easier. Gather everyone together for breakfast before heading out for the day, prepare a big family dinner, or allow different groups to keep their own schedules. Throughout the property, you'll find a variety of spaces for gathering, relaxing, playing games, enjoying conversation, or simply finding a quiet corner to unwind.

Guest Access:

Guests will enjoy convenient keyless entry through a smart lock, making check-in simple and allowing everyone in your group to come and go without worrying about sharing keys.



The property offers plenty of exterior parking, with ample space to accommodate larger groups staying at the ranch. Please note that the garage is not available for guest use, but there is generous outdoor parking available on the property.

Head east to Flagstaff for restaurants, breweries, shopping, NAU, and year-round recreation, or travel west to Williams to explore historic Route 66, local shops, restaurants, and attractions. Parks also makes a convenient home base for exploring destinations throughout Northern Arizona, including the Grand Canyon.

Getting Around:

The best way to explore Flagstaff and the surrounding Northern Arizona attractions is by car. While Flagstaff does have public transit and ride-share options, many of the area’s highlights—such as the Grand Canyon, Sedona, Arizona Snowbowl, Walnut Canyon, and countless hiking trails—are easiest to reach with your own vehicle. Having a car gives you the flexibility to enjoy scenic mountain drives, day trips, and exploring at your own pace.



During the winter months, we highly recommend a 4WD or AWD vehicle. While major roads and highways are generally plowed following snowstorms, many neighborhood, forest, and side roads can remain snow-covered, icy, or muddy much longer. Northern Arizona winter conditions can change quickly, so having an appropriately equipped vehicle will make getting around safer and easier.



Most area destinations offer convenient parking, making driving the easiest way to experience everything Northern Arizona has to offer.
