「To start this is located in a dirty neighborhood, not secluded nor is there a comfortable place to sit outside where everyone isn’t just watching what the renters are up to. However, we experienced property management oversight with this rental, such as sink erator/disposal not working, unclean iced up freezer, and the kitchen not stocked-up with essentials, especially if you’d like to cook.
