Take in the beauty of nature with a fenced-in yard and hammock swings overlooking breathtaking mountain views. You won't be disappointed with this tranquil mountain retreat!

*For all stays 10 nights or longer, the cleaning fee will be double the regular amount for a deep clean after guest departure.*

*If there is an amenity that is out- of -order that is advertised in the Home’s listing, that is not available to you due to unforeseen circumstances. A 10% reimbursement of the base rate will be offered as compensation.*

*Late departure fine is $35 per every 15 minutes.*

-There is an additional fee for pets, please make sure the pets are added to your reservation and the fee will automatically be applied to your total.
-No Parties: We have a strict "No-party policy". Fine of $500.00 and guests will be asked to depart from the home immediately.
-No Smoking: Evidence of smoking will carry a fine of $500.00
-$25.00 for not departing the home at the designated time of departure. $35.00 for each additional hour after the first hour.
-Pet policy: Pets are allowed with an additional fee (NO CATS) our policy is "all 4 on the floor" this means that pets must stay off of all furniture including beds and couches. Evidence of pets on beds or couches will result in additional cleaning fees. -Please pay the pet fee before your arrival.
-There is an additional fee for pets, please make sure the pets are added to your reservation and the fee will automatically be applied to your total.
-Items left at home wanted to be shipped back to owner: Cost of shipping +$50.00 flat fee.
-No FIRES outside of the designated gas fire pit. Fine $200.00 + Cost of cleanup

Immaculate and Comfortable Home

This home was very clean and comfortable. It had all of the essentials for our stay. It was located in a nice and quiet neighborhood and was a convenient place to launch from for all our daily adventures. The host was responsive to any questions we had. We highly recommend this home and host!

North Arizona sightseeing trip

This home was perfectly situated for our sightseeing trip of Flagstaff and North Arizona. The home was very clean and comfortable and has modern appliances and a washer and dryer. Just a short drive to downtown Flagstaff too! The host was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Great stay

This house was a great stay for our family of 6 (2 adults, 1 teen, 3 kids). It was really clean, very spacious, and we had everything we needed. The host was great at making check-in super easy. We used this as a jumping off point to explore the Grand Canyon and some other areas and wish we had booked another night. We will absolutely be return visitors if we are in the area again!!

Birthday vacation

The home was perfect! It was a total of 5 of us and my dog. It's super close to everything. You're literally 5 minutes away from downtown Flagstaff. The community is very calm and clean. I loved it.

Beautiful & Clean Home

The home itself was clean and beautiful. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook full meals. Floors were clean, you could walk around barefoot or in socks and not end up with dark stains clean. The garage was large enough to fit our full sized Silverado. Would definitely stay again.

Wow the Spacious Unit was Perfect

Everything about this unit was perfect. Five people stayed here, and they were very comfortable and felt right at home in this spacious unit. No one would be disappointed in staying there, and I would not hesitate to recommend it to my friends and family.

Great house, amazing area, awesome host!!

We loved our stay here!! The house is large, nicely decorated, comfortable (BEDS WERE AMAZING!), and very clean. Close to Flagstaff so it was a quick drive when we wanted to venture out. The wooded neighborhood was really nice to walk around in (the neighborhood also has 2 different kids' playgrounds/equipment we found!) and enjoy the fall weather. Madison our host was amazing and super responsive- we plan on booking again this winter!

Place in the pines!!!

The house was very well decorated and modern so it made it feel like you were at home. The location was great a quick 5 min drive to everything you need to get to. Overall the experience was awesome!. I would highly recommend for your next stay! We will definitely be back again.

Great Property - Great Location - Great Condition

My daughter and several of her friends stayed at this property for 3 nights during a recent visit to Flagstaff. They loved the property for it's location, cleanliness and excellent condition. One of my daughter's friends described it as the best VRBO she ever stayed at. My daughter commented that the beds were very comfortable too. Communication with the owner (Mason) was easy and he was very responsive to any questions or needs. I would highly recommend this property for your next visit to Flagstaff.

House is very tidy and well put together. The garage is amazing and the giant Yukon we were driving fit easily. Self check-in was easy, and a godsend as we didn’t arrive till midnight. All in all was super impressed with the cleanliness, quietness and convenience.

Travel Stop in Flagstaff

We are traveling home to Kentucky, and Flagstaff was our first overnight stop. The house was comfortable and we loved it. Bathrooms and kitchen were modern and well-equipped. We especially enjoyed the backyard and patio and spent time with our little dog there. The beds were super comfy, and having a garage to park in off the street was very convenient. We would recommend 100%.

Flagstaff Home

We stayed at this lovely home in Flagstaff and made it our home base for trips to the Grand Canyon, Verde Valley and Sedona. The house was clean and had plenty of room for the three of us to stretch out and have our own space. Our host Mason, was very communicative with us and sent reminders about taking out trash and check out instructions.
