「The location, views of the River, and comfortable patio furniture were Wonderful! Hopefully they will update the patio photos on their website because we packed a lot of unnecessary stuff. The tiny house was clean however there was a lot of dog hair on the couch. The host did not respond in a timely manner for some of the questions we had, but overall we really enjoyed our stay and really enjoyed the patio and being right next to the boat launch!」

「Our host and her property were extremely welcome. This was our last stop on a multi-state and over 2 weeks drive to see the western United States. If we were coming back to the Lake Havasu area, we would definitely stay in this home. It's convenient to downtown and a great back yard for sunsets. We recommend it highly.」

「Property was spacious and very family friendly. Outdoor kitchen with custom smoker was wonderful. Made spectacular brisket! Large screen outdoor TV was great for sports and entertaining the kids. Nice quiet neighborhood with easy access to main thoroughfare. Host was very responsive. Would definitely stay again.」

「Wonderful stay! Kitchen was fully stocked with all the things needed for cooking for our group of 8. Pool and patio area were great for hanging out. Hot tub was a nice add. Beds were comfy and everything was clean and ready. 」

「Started off when the host told us around 8pm there was no toilet paper and to bring our own. Driving across the desert with ETA of 10:30 pm and having to find a place open not appreciated. Next he wouldn’t give us the door code until we were standing on a very dark entry waiting for his text response, then a couple of tries were needed before we got a code that would work. It’s now 11pm and we are beat. The bathroom sink had what looked like dried blood on it. Sent a picture and got no...
