"The room was clean. We were never greeted, no friendly reception. The entrance to the hotel is on an off ramp from the interstate, very dangerous! Our second day ther the power went off from a storm . It ha gone off at 2 that afternoon. It was now 9pm, a d the reptionist said it should be back on by 11 that night. Well the elevator did no work , no lights in one hallway and bet dim lights on the 2nd floor . The air conditioning was off, the bathroom lights off, and most of the lights in the room. Well the power never went back on until 10 am the next day, There was no breakfast, no apologies, no vouchers from the hotel . It was the worststay of any hotel we have ever been on other on the states or out of the country."

"I reserved our our room at Hotel.com. when we get to the hotel the outside is not as clean looking as shown on website. We check in at 3pm. The bathroom did not look clean the carpet was dirty, brought lysol sprayed down everything including beds. Next morning took shower because of no mat on floor I fell very hard in the shower I don't know the reprocusion of this yet. saying all of this to say you can get way better than this motel for the same price just do your research don't waste your money here."

"I did not get the reservation as stated which was 2 queen beds. Instead I got a king size with a pull out couch. No linens were provided for the couch and apparently you can only get 1 more towel when asked. Cleaning ladies do not speak English and the hot tub does not work. Pool needs a good cleaning as well. We needed to spend an extra night and went to pay and we had to move our belongings to the room next door before 11am. Walls in the bathroom were dirty,sink leaked underneath,stained blood on the shower curtain and the outlet in the bathroom does not work for blow dryer. The place was quiet and know ik why."

"It's a super affordable place to bring your pets. The staff was incredible. The young lady was so patient, and she was doing everything she could to help, as the weather was giving the system heck. The room was clean, simple, and had a great space. The little kitchenette was perfect, with a very decent-sized refrigerator, which was great! The property is older, which you would expect, but it is neat and clean. That's so important! Definitely give it a look."
