This is a privately owned luxury residence within the most ski-in/ski-out exclusive condo hotel development on the mountain at Park City. As you enter the grand lobby, you're greeted by the warmth of roaring fireplaces, plush seating, and an inviting cocktail bar, setting the tone for an exquisite stay. Indulge in fine dining at Kita, a Japanese-inspired steakhouse that promises a culinary experience as refined as the surroundings. Other dining options include Apres Pendry, The Poolhouse, Dos Olas Cantina, and in-room dining. The onsite spa offers a serene escape for relaxation, while the breathtaking outdoor, rooftop alpine pool provides a stunning backdrop for leisure. Resort amenities include daily housekeeping, complimentary shuttle, and valet. A true ski-in-ski-out property within walking distance of the vibrant offerings of Canyons Village, the development perfectly balances elegance and adventure. While we are not allowed to mention the hotel name in our marketing materials, note that you will enjoy the same finishings, and same services as if you were to book through the hotel, the only difference is you will get the exact residence shown vs random assignment, and by booking a private unit with us you will pay less. This luxurious 3-bedroom condo exudes elegance and comfort. The master suite is a haven of relaxation, featuring a sumptuous king bed and a lavish ensuite bathroom complete with a deep soaking tub and separate shower. The second bedroom is thoughtfully designed with two stylish single-over-full bunk beds, perfect for accommodating guests in comfort, while a well-appointed hall bath with a bathtub and shower combination serves this space. The third bedroom offers another king bed, an ensuite bathroom with a sleek standing shower, and the added luxury of a private kitchenette with a mini fridge, ideal for unwinding in style. Every detail of this condo has been curated for an indulgent mountain escape.

Beyond the property and home you will enjoy little luxury touches that are the hallmark of your host, Luxury Mountain Destinations, including L'Occitane amenities, real down comforters (please let us know should you have allergies and we will substitute down alternative), high thread count luxury linens, robes and more.

Nice stay with friends and family

Condo unit was clean, well-kept, and conveniently located near the slopes and restaurants. Housekeeping and property manager were excellent. Would recommend for a stay with friends and family.
