This home was suitable for our stay with a great location (across the street from Park City slopes and a not terrible walk up to the bars/restaurants), nice size with many beds, and a convenient gas fireplace. The main detractions were that the house was older with notable wear and tear (e.g., cabinets falling apart and unstable dining table/chairs), the hot tub was seemingly dated, as it broke down once each day we used it (despite following management instructions for use), and the driveway parking was tricky for a larger vehicle (roofbox for skis prevented us from using garage). Despite these issues, the house functioned well for our group, and management was very responsive, fixing the hot tub both days it broke down. If the hot tub were replaced and the main living area were updated, this would be a really exceptional place to stay. Overall, I would recommend it to others, who want a big, convenient place to stay at a more affordable price in Park City.
