"The pictures online is not what you get, it was very outdated. The front desk never came to fix our TV or the broken blinds. We called several times. The front desk person was also rude! I tried calling hotels.com to report the problem but never could reach them."

"Last morning water was shut off for repairs to their sprinkler system. No bottled water provided. No coffee available. Should have anticipated this & brought in coffee for guests with their breakfast. Poor planning on staff’s part. Tried calling the front desk & manager repeatedly…kept getting busy signal. Went to front desk & staff just sitting & NOT on the phone. Disappointing. "

"The property and location was excellent. The only issue was with the shower in the room 4305 that it smells like sewage after using shower every time. We called the westgate manager several time and they put some drano and cleaned the faucet several times but did not fix it. The shower is renovated but needs grouting the tiles. The smell of sewage was unbearable. Otherwise the unit was nice, renovated and spacious."
