Unit was spacious, well appointed and clean. We had plenty of room for our crazy kids and for space to separate when needed. The hot tub was great, the showers strong, and the beds soft. We appreciated being so close to Whole Foods and other amenities. No hesitation to book this spot for a future trip.

A/C went out on 2nd day- house was sweltering hot. Maintenance promptly arrived and told us the condenser was frozen, but the A/C didn't come back on until late the third night. That, and the discovery of five spiders, ruined our stay.

Nice family rental

We loved the location and the rental. It was a good fit for our family. We appreciate the responsiveness of the agency in helping us with the rental. We did enter the rental when the deck was not clean and we entered a very hot house. It is understandable that things break down although they may have been able to inspect it before our entry and let us know. At any rate, they were very good to respond when they were aware of the problem and even willing to reimburse us for part of the one day it was out. Overall, it was a very nice place for family to relax near Park City!

Great simple place perfect for families

Perfectly described in the ad. Great kitchen. Close to Ski Slopes. Close to town. Quiet. Good price. It is exactly what we wanted. Will rent this same unit again for sure.

Property and location as described.

Nice ski week stay with friends. Plenty of room to stretch out and be comfortable. Couldn’t turn off hot tub blower which made some noise while sleeping.

Park City Ski Trip

This property was perfect for my friends and I for our winter ski trip. It was very spacious, plenty of room for everyone and only about 15 minutes from Canyons village. We enjoyed our stay and the hot tub was perfect at the end of the day!

good place for large group

really close to Olympic park. this unit is large and has lots of space. Unit close to pool and has grill and hot tub. Only issue is that you can't see house numbers at night and directions to actual unit, if you can't see numbers, are not good. Other than that really nice and would definitely stay again.

This is a poorly managed property. The management company totally ignores you once you pay. The condo is dirty and musty without air conditioning, door locks, and you are restricted to using the garage door.

Very nice stay

Location was convenient to whole foodsi grocery and restaurants. Few min drive to Canyons and PCM. We had a great time. Management was very responsive and the home was clean and stocked well.

Bear Hollow Number Four - Mar 5-11

High marks for: convenience, cleanliness, great living room, eating area, kitchen, and hot tub. The garage was great for our ski week. We'd recommend some solid plastic drinking ware for the Hot Tub and maybe some additional glassware. High marks for the management team; very responsive and proactive. They even arranged a trash pick-up as the service had been disrupted by the snow and weather. Alll in all, everything went very well.

Ski/Ride/Birthday

We love the Bear Hollow location and in particular this unit, the open floor plan is perfect for our group. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils for all our cooking. Please note the upstairs bunk bed room has a very wet spot under the window. We think maybe the melting snow has something to do with it. Only 1 adult slept in that room so no spills from us. We will be back!

Great for our needs.

The place was perfect for our needs in terms of space. It was easy to access and comfortable. A few things they could use: some extra blankets for use on the couch or sleeping and separate towels for the hot tub. I also think a folder/printout with information about the townhouse would be super helpful. Like how to use the hot tub and info on the unit in general. Our rep to access the unit and answer any questions was super responsive and helpful. Would definitely consider another stay here. Thank you.

Bday Bash

Awesome property, loved the open floor plan, seating for 10 at the table + the island. Only problem, no kitchen linens and we cooked every meal during our 5 night stay. We called management and they said they would bring them but didn’t arrive until the night before we left. Need extra towels for the hot tub. Would certainly come back though! Great space for family gatherings!

Nice place

My guests and I were very happy with the location. The main room was big enough for our party of 8 to comfortably watch movies, play games and dine. It was very fun having the hot tub.
