"First off the price I was given when I reserved the room was less than what I actually paid! After I reserved the room I called the hotel to double check that my room had a Jacuzzi (that's the only reason I booked this hotel in the first place), when I got there my room had no Jacuzzi! Said it had water damage. Didn't give me a discount price since the room I reserved a week ahead wasn't ready. Room wasn't clean. Owner was extremely rude!"

"The check in process was easy. The hotel lobby was clean. The rooms were clean and partially remodeled. However the shower faucet was old and falling off, making it nearly impossible to adjust temperature of the water. When reported to front desk staff, we were told to “let them know if it fell off.” The door to the room had a bit of a gap to the outside so the light showed through. At the bottom of the stairwell, there was a giant bowl of cat food for the neighborhood felines ~ which was kind of weird. Breakfast had adequate options but closed promptly at 9am which seemed early on a weekend morning. Overall you get what you pay for - definitely a no frills hotel"

"The main lights didn’t work at the door. There was roaches crawling on the counter top and in the sick in the bathroom. Comb under the bed mattress that looked like it had been there a while. Floor had dirt all over. Very unclean. Person living in the next room over had pets. Did not stay refused and received a refund."

"Front desk staff was great. Room was clean and request for 1st floor was granted. We only had coffee but food smelled good. Only complaint is with Expedia. Although the 1st floor was granted, it is not always the case. Also, the hotel is pet friendly but the charge for pet is not included in the rate at booking. Can’t Expedia show the actual pet rates for the rooms? Thank you"
