My stay was magnificent. The man that was at check in was very sweet even tho he was frustrated cause they were short staffed during the holiday weekend. I would def recommend Paris Inn!!!

The sink was stopped up. The toilet had mold. The floors were sticky. The only thing that was good was the sheets were clean. (I hope). We were only there for 5 hours, to sleep. Glad that was all.

Paris Inn and Suites is little more than a homeless camp. The room was dirty, the grounds were in total disarray. I would not recommend this motel to anyone. After seeing the room, we checked out. The photos on the web site were totally misleading.

Got a room for four people and there were only two towels in the room. Was told to use the room towels for the pool and they might be able to give me a couple more. The bathroom door was too big for the frame so it didn’t close at all. The toilet was clogged from who ever stayed there previously. The beds are terrible and the pillows were even worse. Will never stay there again and should be removed from your booking site.

I figured the original price of 1 night stay, it would be decent, I was very wrong, lest start with the wall fixtures they were hanging out of the walls, the bathtub faucet wouldn't shut off, The beds were so hard it would be softer to sleep on the ground.Seen some roaches, I had to simply cut my losses an leave.

I have pictures of the room. The floor was filthy, sheets and pillow cases looked unchanged and dirty. The room had burn marks around the sink, on tub, toilet, on the table between the beds, and a burn hole on the bedspread so it was smoked in. We asked for non smoking room. There were dead bugs laying around. The toilet paper was rusted and couldn't hold toilet paper. There was part of a roll of toilet paper that had a yellow stain on it like it had gotten wet. The bath tub had a ring around it where it had not been cleaned, there was a nasty q-tip in the corner of the bathroom. It was a holiday weekend and no other place to stay. So we slept with the lights on so I didn't have to see bugs on the walls. The bedroom area had mold on the ceiling in one place. We won't ever stay there again.

4pm check in Arrived @5. Had to ring bell for service. Waited 10 minutes for rm key to be made.staff was nice.room dated, but was clean. Definitely older motel. Felt safe. No issues. Would stay again.

We decided to go to Paris and I checked the hotels and decided on this place. It looked updated and suitable for a one night stay. The hotel was not as described or pictured online. The place is run down, had vehicles with missing parts, tenants living out of the hotel, all rooms smoked in, dirty flooring, beds looked laid on, holes in the walls dark stains on curtains, overall dingy, unsafe vibe. Clerk said I should researched better. I read the reviews, reviewed the photos, mapped the trip, read other online reviews. I booked a double, asked for upstairs, they gave me a single downstairs. They said their only available room was already booked. I returned and inquired about a double. They gave me the upstairs room. I said I'd go look at it, having seen the single and was disgusted. The double was not better. I returned to the lobby and checked out. They would not refund me even though the room was not as pictured. I told them I did not feel safe. The manager lady said they were remodeling. They said they do not serve continental breakfast either. I called Expedia and Expedia handled the refund but I had to turn around and drive 4.5 hours home.

Rooms were quite messy. Multiple rooms that are listed as non-smoking have very clear evidence of smoking beyond 3rd hand smoke smell. The staff excuse is "Well its an old building", bed bugs were rampant

The walls weren’t finished, they upgrading the rooms I guess. There was Sheetrock dust everywhere and my sons had another room and they saw roaches and in my room there was a mouse.

First we could not make it on Friday due to a family emergency. We then showed up at 3 on Saturday. The room smelled so bad and the flies were so bad in the room, we put our stuff back in the car and left. I had paid the $50 for the dogs to stay, and they would not refund that money because we had already stepped into the room. I asked for a refund for at least Friday night and they said to contact Hotels.com I believe we should be refunded at least one night. This property was awful!!!
