I made a mistake of booking the wrong room. This was resolved within less than 24hours and was upgraded to desired room. Just had to pay the upgrade difference once we checked in. Very smooth process. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Neighborhood felt safe with walking distance restaurants, market, pharmacy etc. great location. Recommend to others.

The hotel did the job for our stay, but there were a few issues. The TV wasn’t very good, as most of the channels didn’t work, and there was no way to connect my phone to watch something or listen to music. The phone in the room to contact reception also didn’t work. Apart from that, the staff were nice and friendly, and overall the stay was okay.

Kind staff and pretty good location that had cafes and restaurants close. The room was decent but had a vanity/closet that the heavy door would come off the hinges and was difficult to put back together.

Reception Staff were extremely helpful and lovely throughout our stay. We had a slight issue with the room we were given, the Reception Team were very understanding and managed to offer us an alternative room immediately which we were very happy with. The room was very clean and a great balcony with a wonderful view. The only constructive criticism I would give for the hotel is that the rooms are in need of an upgrade cosmetically, other than that we were happy with our stay!
